What is your return policy?
*All merchandise is manufactured to order. *Merchandise can be returned for exchange within 10 days of receipt. E-mail or call us to receive an authorization number for the exchange. No merchandise will be accepted without a return authorization number. *All parcels mailed to Alfo Jewelry must include a listing of all merchandise contained in the package and a copy of our
original invoice. *Returns are subject to a
restocking charge of 10% per item. *Warranty is voided if merchandise is altered, mishandled
or abused. *We will size rings for free and
repair them for a nominal fee.

Does Alfo Jewelry charge sales tax?
If you are transacting your Alfo Jewelry
purchase outside of California*, you can add even more value to this luxury item - by not paying
any sales taxes.
All thatis required is for you, to pay Alfo
Jewelry with one of the following three
options: Credit Card, Personal check, or
Cashier's check. *Sorry, California residents
must pay sales tax.

There is a flat $42.50 shipping charge including insurance.
